Competition INTERCOOLER KIT for GR Yaris 1.6-L Turbo


 The WAGNERTUNING high-performance charge air cooler has a new type of competition network (tube fin) with the dimensions
 630 mm x 137 mm x 135 mm + 630 mm x 43 mm x 100 mm (stepped net: 14.36 liters), which was specially developed for the requirements of the Toyota GR Yaris. This high-performance network therefore offers a 24% larger inflow area and 69% more network volume compared to the original intercooler.

 The cast aluminum end boxes were designed in CAD and optimized with the help of CFD simulations (for an ideal internal air flow). The result is excellent cooling properties with the lowest possible counter pressure. In addition, the newly developed competition high-performance network ensures that the adjacent components, such as the water cooler, still have sufficient airflow through the use of a specially manufactured air baffle. So this kit is just right for racing. Optimal cooling of the charged air with a significant increase in performance!

 An anti-corrosion coating with excellent thermal conductivity protects the WAGNERTUNING intercooler from all environmental influences, which guarantees a permanent and optimal cooling effect. The assembly takes place at the original fastening points and is easy to carry out (plug and play). All of our products are subject to constant qualitative monitoring.

 Inlet and outlet diameters have been increased to Ø60mm. Therefore, this kit includes reinforced silicone hoses as well as an aluminum boost and charge pipe.

 OEM intercooler:
 V = 8.5 L.
 A = 913 cm²

 V = 14.36 L (+ 69%)
 A = 1134 cm² (+ 24%)
